What buildings are NOT covered under the BESP?

Buildings of the following type or characteristics are not covered under the Building Energy Savings Program.

• Buildings less than 25,000 sq. ft.

• Residential buildings or residential portions of buildings.

• Buildings used for industrial or manufacturing purposes.

• Any building located on a parcel classified as industrial/manufacturing (G2)
